FEEDBACK 2.0: The Not-For-Sale Art Exchange

FATES collective invites you to apply to the 2^nd annual art trading party at Bïzune Event Gallery. This one night only show is happening on Saturday, December 8^th at 7pm at 452 Richmond St. West. The submission deadline is Sunday, November 18^th at midnight.

All art objects are welcome in any medium appropriate for trade (drawing, painting, sculpture, wearable art, photography, etc.) Our goal is to connect artists—providing everyone with an opportunity to expand their art collection at an unheard-of price. There is no charge to submit work. The only cost is a $40 participation fee once accepted to the show. This covers venue rental, one trade with any artist at the event, and food for the evening. Each artist will have one piece of work available for trade. We strive to curate a diverse show full of quality work, ensuring there is something to satisfy every taste!

Please take into account that we want to accommodate as many works as possible with limited wall space. Small to medium works are therefore preferred with a suggested limit of two square feet in any dimension. If submitting multiple works we prefer to see variety, rather than a cohesive body, so we can have a well-rounded selection for trade. Regardless, we will consider any work that is submitted.

How it works:

The show opens at 7pm. Artists deposit their names into a secure draw box upon arrival. The name draw will begin at 8pm. Once your name is selected you will have your choice of the available works. Arriving on time is in your favour! Claimed works will be marked with red stickers and collected by their new owners the following day. The draw may take several hours so please clear your schedule for the evening.

FEEDBACK will include a cash bar and is a public event open to friends and family. In addition to the trade, we are happy to announce the return of a special FATES raffle as well as performances by musical guests making FEEDBACK a night to remember! We hope you can join us for another round!
